Add a small amount of oil or butter if required, then add food and cook according to recipe instructions. Use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils to protect the ceramic non-stick surface and avoid high metal scraping. After use, allow the pan to cool slightly before cleaning.

Recommendations

Hand washing is recommended to preserve the ceramic non-stick coating. Avoid aggressive scouring pads and abrasive cleaners; use warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Do not overheat an empty pan for extended periods to protect the coating and handle.
