Braun Compagno 10 x 50 WP verrekijker BAK-4 dakkant zwart

BRAUN Compagno 10x50 WP binoculars provide 10× magnification with 50 mm objective lenses in a waterproof housing designed for outdoor observation. The optical design emphasizes light gathering and stable viewing at longer distances, making these binoculars suitable for general nature observation, sports events, hiking and other field activities. The construction balances size and performance to deliver detailed views in low-light situations while remaining easy to carry and handle.

Advantages

The waterproof construction protects internal optics from moisture and light rain, enabling use in variable weather. Large 50 mm objective lenses increase light transmission for clearer images at dusk and dawn. Tenfold magnification allows for close-up viewing of distant subjects without being excessively heavy or bulky. The body design provides a firm grip and straightforward focusing for rapid target acquisition. Optics are optimized for contrast and edge-to-edge clarity suitable for outdoor observation.

Suitable for

• Birdwatching and wildlife observation
• Outdoor sports and stadium events
• Hiking, camping and general field use
• Boating and shoreline observation in mild conditions
• Landscapes and astronomical viewing at low magnification

Key specifications

• Magnification: 10× for detailed distant viewing
• Objective lens diameter: 50 mm for improved light gathering
• Waterproof housing for use in wet conditions
• Porro/prism or roof-style (as designed) optical layout providing depth perception and field of view suitable for general observation
• Central focusing mechanism for quick and precise focus adjustment
• Rubber-coated or textured body for secure grip

How to use

Hold the binoculars steady using both hands and adjust the interpupillary distance until you see a single circular field. Use the central focusing wheel to bring the subject into sharp focus, and adjust the diopter if available to match your eyesight. For best results at higher magnification, stabilize the binoculars by leaning on a solid object or using a tripod adapter if prolonged observation is required. After use in wet or salty environments, gently wipe the exterior and lenses with a soft, dry cloth and allow the binoculars to dry before storing.

Recommendations

Use the BRAUN Compagno 10x50 WP in low-light periods such as dawn and dusk to take advantage of the larger objective lenses. For extended observation sessions, stabilize the optical system to reduce hand-shake and improve image detail. Store in a dry place and avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures to maintain sealing and optical alignment.
