The Braun TexStyle 1 SI 1080.VI steam iron delivers reliable everyday ironing performance with a SuperCeramic soleplate and 2,000 W power. Designed for regular home use, it combines adjustable continuous steam and a strong steam boost to remove creases while a 220 ml water tank and anti-calc self-cleaning function support easy maintenance. Safety and convenience features include drip-stop and an automatic shut-off. The iron is suitable for use with tap water and comes with a 1.9 m power cord.

Advantages

The SuperCeramic soleplate ensures smooth gliding and even heat distribution for consistent results across fabric types. With up to 25 g/min adjustable continuous steam and a 130 g/min extra steam shot, the iron tackles both light and stubborn wrinkles. The 2,000 W rating heats the soleplate quickly, while the 220 ml tank provides a practical balance between capacity and compact size. Built-in anti-calc self-cleaning and drip-stop reduce maintenance and prevent water marks. Automatic shut-off adds a layer of safety during household use.

Suitable for

• Everyday ironing of shirts, blouses and trousers
• Household linens such as tablecloths and pillowcases
• Quick touch-ups and steam-intensive de-wrinkling of garments

Empty the tank after extended use if you will store the iron for a long period.

Recommendations

To preserve the SuperCeramic soleplate and maintain steam performance, use the anti-calc self-cleaning function regularly according to the user manual and avoid leaving water standing in the tank for long periods.
