Bresser Optics 4334500 telescoop 15x BAK-4 zwart

The Bresser Spektar 60 spotting scope (model 4334500) is a compact, waterproof optic designed for outdoor observation. With a 60 mm objective, BAK-4 prisms and a 15–45x zoom eyepiece, the scope delivers clear, high-contrast images for birdwatching, nature observation and general spotting. The body is rubber-armoured and lightweight, and the rotating tripod shoe and large eyepiece barrel make it suitable for tripod mounting and digiscoping with a camera adapter.

Advantages

The scope combines BAK-4 prisms and fully multi-coated glass to improve light transmission and colour fidelity. A large right-side focus wheel provides rapid and glove-friendly focusing, while the wide rubber-sleeved zoom eyepiece ensures smooth magnification changes. Built-in lens shade protects the front element from stray light and reduces dew formation. The tripod shoe rotates 360° for flexible positioning when mounted.

How to use

Mount the scope on a stable tripod using the rotating tripod shoe for the desired orientation. Use the wide rubber-sleeved zoom eyepiece to select the required magnification (15–45x) and adjust focus with the large right-side focus wheel until the image is sharp. For digiscoping, attach a compatible digital camera adapter to the large eyepiece barrel and secure the camera according to the adapter instructions. Store the scope dry and use the built-in lens shade to reduce glare and dew when observing outdoors.

Recommendations

For best results in low light, use lower magnification and ensure the objective and eyepiece are clean. When observing in wet or cold conditions, operate the focus wheel with gloves as needed and keep the lens shade extended to minimise dew formation.
