Verrekijker Bresser Optics Hunter 8-24 x 50

The Bresser Optics Hunter 8-24 x 50 binoculars combine a compact design with a wide magnification range up to 24x and a 50 mm objective lens for bright, detailed views. Constructed with BK-7 prisms and fully coated optics, they deliver clear color reproduction and reliable performance for outdoor use. The binoculars include dioptre compensation and rubber eyecups for users who wear glasses; Porro prism models offer a tripod thread for stable observation.

Advantages

These binoculars offer flexible magnification from 8x to 24x and a large 50 mm objective for improved light gathering. Fully coated optics and BK-7 prisms provide clear, natural-colour images. The compact yet robust body balances portability with solid mechanics, and built-in dioptre adjustment and rubber eyecups improve comfort for spectacle wearers. A tripod thread on Porro models enables long-duration or steady viewing.

• Birdwatching and wildlife observation
• Hiking and travel
• Sporting events and outdoor spectacles
• General nature observation and long-distance viewing

Key specifications

How to use

Adjust the interpupillary distance by folding the barrels until a single circular field of view appears. Start at the lowest magnification (8x) and focus on a target using the central focus wheel. Use the dioptre compensation ring to correct for differences between your eyes: cover the right objective, focus with the left eye, then cover the left objective and adjust the dioptre for the right eye. Increase magnification as needed for distant details; note that higher magnification may require a steadier hold or a tripod when available.

Recommendations

For sharper, fatigue-free observation at higher magnifications, mount the binoculars on a tripod using the tripod thread on Porro models. Keep the optics clean with a soft brush or lens cloth and store the binoculars in a padded case when not in use to protect mechanical parts and coatings.
