Brother reserveonderdeel FLUSHING BOX

In busy office environments where Brother inkjet printers handle daily document output, print quality can gradually degrade due to dried ink and debris accumulating in the printhead. The Brother Flushing Box (D01WJ4001) is a genuine OEM maintenance component engineered to restore and preserve optimal printing performance. Installed internally, it performs two critical functions: it cleans the printhead by flushing ink through the nozzles, and it absorbs waste ink generated during cleaning cycles. This dual-action design prevents clogging, eliminates streaks, and ensures consistent, high-quality prints. Over time, the absorbent pad becomes saturated with waste ink, making replacement necessary to avoid leaks and maintain printer reliability. This flushing box is built from high-grade plastic with a highly absorbent pad, matching Brother's exact specifications for seamless integration. Suitable for intermediate to advanced users, it is an essential part of your printer's maintenance routine, extending the life of your device and reducing costly repairs.

Good to know

This flushing box is an internal component and should be installed by someone with intermediate to advanced technical skills. Always refer to your printer's service manual for specific instructions. Because the box collects waste ink, it must be disposed of responsibly according to local regulations. Keep a spare on hand to minimize downtime when replacement is needed. Note that the exact colour may vary, but functionality remains identical.
