Bulletcamera ALLNET ALL-CAM2497v3-LEN 5 MP, IR bij weinig licht, 79° beeldhoek

The ALLNET ALL-CAM2497v3-LEN is a 5 MP bullet surveillance camera designed for outdoor monitoring. It provides high-resolution video capture with infrared support for low-light and night-time conditions, combined with a 79° field of view that balances scene coverage and detail. The camera is intended for integration into network video systems and offers a suitable imaging solution for entrances, parking areas and perimeter surveillance where clear identification and continuous monitoring are required.

Advantages

The 5 MP sensor delivers detailed images that improve recognition of faces and license plates compared with lower-resolution models. Infrared illumination enables effective low-light performance, maintaining usable image quality during night-time operation. The 79° viewing angle provides a compromise between wide scene coverage and image detail, reducing the need for multiple cameras in moderate-sized areas. The bullet form factor and outdoor-oriented design support straightforward installation on walls or poles and stable alignment for focused coverage.

Suitable for

• Entrance and doorway monitoring
• Parking lots and vehicle access areas
• Perimeter and fence-line surveillance
• Small to medium outdoor spaces requiring fixed coverage

Key specifications

• Image resolution: 5 megapixels
• Low-light capability: infrared illumination for night operation
• Field of view: 79° viewing angle
• Form factor: bullet-style outdoor camera
• Integration: network video system compatibility (IP camera)

How to use

Mount the camera on a stable surface such as a wall or pole at a height and angle that capture the intended area within the 79° field of view. Connect the camera to the network according to the system documentation and configure video settings, such as resolution, frame rate and motion-detection zones, within the network video recorder or camera web interface. Position the camera to avoid direct exposure to strong light sources and to minimize reflections. Verify night-time imaging after installation to confirm infrared coverage and focus.

Recommendations

For reliable outdoor operation, use appropriate weatherproof cabling and conduit, ensure proper sealing at cable entry points, and provide stable mounting to limit vibration. Regularly check lens and IR window cleanliness and perform periodic focus and angle adjustments to maintain optimal image quality.
