Suitable for

When it may not be suitable

The KW 3000 is a basic full-size wireless keyboard without mechanical switches or advanced ergonomic features; users seeking mechanical feedback, customizable RGB lighting or an ergonomic split design may prefer a different model. It requires a free USB-A port for the nano receiver and runs on a single AA battery, so users who need rechargeable built-in batteries or USB-C connectivity should consider other options.

How to use

Install the keyboard by inserting the supplied nano USB receiver into a free USB-A port on your computer or compatible device. The KW 3000 is plug-and-play and requires no driver installation for standard operation. Insert a single AA battery into the battery compartment and monitor the battery status indicator to know when replacement is needed. Use the fold-out feet to adjust the typing angle and place the keyboard on a flat surface to benefit from the non-slip underside. Optionally install the free CHERRY KEYS software to reassign F-keys and special keys.

Recommendations

For stable wireless performance, keep the nano USB receiver unobstructed and maintain a clear line of sight within the 10 m range. Replace the AA battery when the battery indicator signals low charge and, if needed, use the CHERRY KEYS software to customise function keys to your workflow.
