Coaxkabel MACLEAN MCTV-477 100 m zwart 75 Ω, 50 pF, 6,8 mm mantel

The Maclean MCTV-477 gel-coated coaxial cable is a 100 m, black 75 Ω cable designed for indoor and outdoor antenna installations. It is suitable for satellite and terrestrial television and intended for audio and video signal transmission with minimal loss.

Advantages

The cable features a 1 mm thick central conductor and double shielding to provide high electrical performance and very low signal attenuation. A gel coating protects the cable from moisture and other harmful external factors, allowing for direct burial and reliable long-term use in varied environments.

How to use

Measure and cut the required length of the Maclean MCTV-477 cable, strip the outer jacket and shielding to expose the conductor following the connector manufacturer’s instructions, then attach suitable F-type or other compatible connectors. Route the cable along the planned path for indoor or outdoor antenna installation; if burying, place it directly in the ground at the required depth. Ensure connectors are tightened and weatherproofed at outdoor junctions.

Recommendations

For best long-term performance, use connectors rated for outdoor use and seal outdoor terminations against water ingress. Avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress on the cable; when burying, follow local regulations for burial depth and marking.
