How to use

Place the grill on a level, heat-resistant surface and connect it to a suitable power outlet. Preheat using the rotary control until the desired temperature is reached, then place food on the lower plate and close the lid to make contact for even grilling. Monitor cooking progress and adjust the thermostat as needed for different items. After use, switch off and unplug the appliance, allow the plates to cool before cleaning the non-stick surfaces with a soft cloth or sponge.

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the grill fully before adding food and avoid using sharp metal utensils on the non-stick plates. Lightly oil foods if a crisper finish is desired and clean the plates after each use once cooled to maintain performance.
