The De Buyer Affinity Frying Pan is a premium 5-ply stainless steel pan designed for professional and home chefs who demand exceptional heat distribution and durability. Made in France, this 32 cm pan features a 5-layer construction (2 layers of stainless steel and 3 layers of aluminium) for fast, even heating and excellent heat retention. The cast stainless steel handle is riveted for secure attachment, and the flared pouring rim allows for drip-free serving. Suitable for all hob types including induction, and oven safe up to 260°C. Dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
