De Buyer Mineral B Element Country braadpan 28 cm koolstofstaal inductie

The De Buyer Mineral B Element Country Frying Pan is a professional-grade carbon steel pan crafted in France. With a 28 cm diameter and 8.5 cm height, it offers ample cooking surface for sautéing, searing, and frying. The pan features a riveted steel handle with an epoxy coating for heat resistance up to 200°C. Its natural beeswax coating requires seasoning before first use, developing a natural non-stick patina over time. Compatible with all hob types including induction, this pan is built to last a lifetime.

Advantages

Superior heat distribution and retention thanks to 3 mm thick carbon steel. Induction-ready base ensures efficient cooking on modern hobs. The epoxy-coated handle stays cooler during stovetop use. Oven safe up to 200°C for 10 minutes, allowing for finishing dishes in the oven. PFOA and PTFE free for healthier cooking.
