De Buyer Prima Matera steelpan koper/RVS 20 cm inductie

The De Buyer Prima Matera Saucepot combines the exceptional heat conductivity of copper with the durability and hygiene of stainless steel. Crafted in France, this 20 cm saucepot is designed for precise cooking and professional results. The bi-material construction ensures rapid, even heating while the stainless steel interior is non-reactive and easy to maintain.

Advantages

Superior heat conductivity and control thanks to 2 mm thick copper exterior. The 0.5 mm stainless steel interior (AISI 304) provides a smooth, non-porous surface that resists staining and does not alter food flavors. Riveted cast stainless steel handle offers a secure grip and remains cool on the stovetop. Induction-compatible base works on all hob types including gas, electric, ceramic, and halogen. Oven safe up to 260°C for versatile cooking and finishing.
