How to use

Use appropriate utensils for the stainless steel interior and stir sauces or reductions continuously for even results. After use, allow the pan to cool slightly before washing to protect both the copper exterior and stainless steel interior.

Recommendations

For best results with French-style sauces and reductions, monitor heat closely and work in small batches. Clean the stainless steel interior with warm soapy water; polish the copper exterior as needed to maintain appearance and conductivity.
