Saucepan Pensofal White Diamond 24 cm with two handles, made of high-thickness 99.5% pure aluminium and finished with a clear Diamond® non-stick interior reinforced with diamond powder. The exterior features a multilayer non-stick coating with a copper effect. The pan includes a patented forged stainless steel double bottom with a flat surface “FULL INDUCTION”, compatible with all hob types including induction, and two ergonomic Bakelite soft-touch handles with chromed inserts.

How to use

Use the saucepan on any type of hob, including induction, placing it on a flat and stable cooking surface. Preheat over low to medium heat and avoid empty overheating. Cook with little or no oil when possible to benefit from the non-stick surface. Lift and carry the pan using both Bakelite handles for stable handling; handles are heat-resistant but avoid prolonged exposure to direct flame. Clean after cooling with warm water, mild detergent and a soft sponge to preserve the non-stick coating.

Recommendations

To prolong the life of the Diamond® non-stick coating, avoid metal utensils and abrasive cleaners. When storing, protect the cooking surface from scratches by placing a cloth or pan protector between stacked items.
