DeLOCK Glasvezel-hybride koppeling LC Simplex stekker naar SC Simplex bus blauw

This DeLOCK Optical Fiber Hybrid Coupler converts between LC Simplex male and SC Simplex female connectors, allowing LC and SC optical fiber cables to be joined. The compact hybrid coupler is made of metal and plastic, comes in blue, and is suitable for installation in fiber connection boxes, cabinets and patch panels. A dust cap is included to protect the sleeve and keep the connection clean.

Advantages

The hybrid design enables direct conversion between LC Simplex male and SC Simplex female connectors without additional adapters. Metal and plastic construction provides durability while the small dimensions (22 mm × 45 mm × 9.3 mm) allow installation in confined spaces. How to use

Insert the LC Simplex male connector into the LC side of the coupler and plug the SC Simplex connector into the SC side until secure. Mount the coupler into the desired fiber connection box, cabinet or patch panel if required. Remove the dust cap only when making the optical connection and replace it after disconnection to protect the ferrule.

Recommendations

Handle the coupler and connectors by their housings; avoid touching the ferrule surfaces. Keep the dust cap on when the coupler is not in use. Ensure proper alignment and clean connectors before mating to maintain optimal optical performance.
