DELOCK Keystone-module RJ45-bus naar LSA Cat.6 45° haaks onafgeschermd zwart

DELOCK Keystone module RJ45 jack to LSA Cat.6 45° angled unshielded black provides a compact termination solution for Cat.6 Ethernet cabling. Designed for installation in keystone wall plates and patch panels, the module terminates twisted-pair cables to LSA IDC contacts and presents a standard RJ45 front jack for network devices. The 45° angled housing helps in routing cables in tight spaces while maintaining correct pair alignment for reliable data transmission.

Advantages

The module supports Cat.6 performance and preserves signal integrity through a precision RJ45 contact interface and LSA IDC termination. Its unshielded design is suitable for typical office and residential environments where screened cabling is not required. The 45° angled form factor reduces cable stress behind panels and wall plates and enables neater cable management in crowded racks or shallow backboxes. The compact keystone format allows easy installation and replacement in standard faceplates and patch panels.

How to use

Insert the module into a compatible keystone opening in a wall plate or patch panel until it snaps into place. Strip the cable jacket and arrange the individual conductors according to the chosen wiring standard (T568A or T568B). Insert each conductor into the corresponding LSA/IDC slot and use an appropriate punch-down tool to terminate the conductors securely. After termination, test the connection with a network tester to verify continuity and correct pair wiring, then plug an RJ45 patch cable into the front jack to connect network equipment.

Recommendations

Use suitable cable management practices and maintain bend radii to preserve Cat.6 performance. For environments with high electromagnetic interference, consider using shielded alternatives and compatible shielded cabling. Always verify wiring standard consistency across the installation (T568A or T568B) and perform cable certification tests where guaranteed performance is required.
