DeLOCK USB-kabel Type-A stekker naar Type-B stekker 90° afgewinkeld 1 m

The DeLOCK USB cable connects a device with a USB 3.0/USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-B port to a PC or laptop with a standard USB Type-A port. The cable is 1 m long, features gold-plated contacts and magnetic shielding, and the Type-B connector is angled 90° upwards to allow space-saving installation behind equipment.

Advantages

The 90° angled Type-B connector reduces stress on the port and makes it easier to connect devices in confined spaces. USB 3.2 Gen 1 support provides up to 5 Gbps data transfer. Gold-plated contacts and magnetic shielding improve conductivity and reduce interference.

Suitable for

• Printers and multifunction devices with USB Type-B ports
• External drives and audio interfaces using USB-B
• Setups where the device is placed close to a wall or in a tight cabinet

Key specifications

• Connector 1: USB Type-A (male)
• Connector 2: USB Type-B (male), 90° upwards angled
• USB version: USB 3.2 Gen 1 (compatible with USB 3.0/3.1 Gen 1)
• Maximum data rate: up to 5 Gbps
• Cable length: 1 m
• Product colour: Black
• Contacts: gold-plated
• Shielding: magnetic shielding

How to use

Insert the USB Type-A connector into an available USB port on the PC or laptop. Connect the 90° Type-B connector to the device’s USB-B port, aligning the plug gently and pushing until it seats. Ensure the angled plug is oriented so it points upwards to benefit from the space-saving design. No additional drivers are normally required for standard USB mass-storage or printer devices.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, avoid sharp bends near the connectors and keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources. Use the angled end when the device is close to a wall or in a confined space to reduce strain on the USB-B port.
