Detailschuurmachine BLAUPUNKT CO2010 18 V draadloos, handgeleid voor het schuren van kleine oppervlakken

The BLAUPUNKT CO2010 18V detail sander is a cordless, handheld tool designed for sanding and finishing small or hard-to-reach surfaces. Its compact form factor and pointed sanding head provide access to corners, trim, and intricate areas where larger sanders cannot operate. The tool is intended for use with an 18V battery system (battery and charger supplied separately) and is suitable for light to medium sanding tasks on wood, painted surfaces, and composite materials.

Advantages

The cordless design eliminates cord restrictions and increases manoeuvrability when working on furniture, window frames, stair treads and tight joints. The compact, ergonomic housing improves control for precision sanding and reduces user fatigue during short jobs. The pointed sanding pad and compatible sanding sheets allow accurate removal of paint, smoothing of edges and preparation of small surfaces for finishing. Low vibration and simple pad attachment help maintain consistent results.

Suitable for

• Furniture restoration and touch-up sanding
• Detailing work on mouldings and trim
• Small woodworking projects and hobby models
• Surface preparation before painting or varnishing
• Accessing corners and tight spaces that larger sanders cannot reach

Key specifications

• Power source: 18V cordless (battery not included)
• Tool type: handheld detail sander
• Sanding pad shape: pointed/triangular for corners
• Application materials: wood, painted surfaces, composites
• Use case: light to medium sanding and finishing of small surfaces

How to use

Attach a compatible triangular sanding sheet according to the manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring a secure fit. Fit a charged 18V battery into the tool and set the sander on the workpiece before switching it on to avoid gouging. Apply light, even pressure and move the sander along the grain where applicable to achieve a uniform surface. For corners and tight spots, use the pointed tip with controlled, short strokes. Replace sanding sheets when worn and observe safe operating practices, including eye protection and dust control.

Recommendations

Use appropriate grit progression — start with coarser grit to remove material and finish with finer grit for a smooth surface. Work with a well-charged battery for consistent motor speed, and periodically inspect the sanding pad and dust accumulation to maintain efficiency and prolong tool life.
