Levenhuk DTX RC1 Remote Controlled Microscope is a digital microscope designed for inspecting small, detailed objects such as jewelry, watch mechanisms, and electronic circuit boards. Instead of eyepieces it uses a 4.3-inch color LCD screen that shows the live image from the objective; the device supports both optical and digital magnification with a total magnification range from 3× to 220×. The microscope can capture high-resolution photos and record Full HD video (requires a memory card, not included). Images can also be transferred to a computer via the supplied USB cable. How to use

Place the specimen on the stage and turn on the microscope using the power switch on the power cable. Adjust the lighting brightness with the knob on the power cable and position the flexible LED spotlights to achieve the desired illumination. Use the front-panel controls or the wireless remote to change magnification and view the live image on the 4.3-inch LCD. For image or video capture, press the capture/record button on the remote or the front panel; to transfer images to a computer, connect the microscope to a PC using the supplied USB cable. Insert a compatible memory card to enable Full HD video recording and high-resolution photo storage.

Recommendations

To minimize blur in photos and videos, operate the camera using the wireless remote and avoid touching the microscope during capture; position the flexible spotlights to reduce reflections and use the UV filter when required for specific optical effects or to protect the objective.
