DIGITUS glasvezel-patchkabel, LC naar LC multimode 50/125 µ, duplex lengte 5m klasse OM3

FO patch cord, duplex LC to LC, multimode OM3 50/125 µ, 5 m provides future-oriented standards and high-end quality for network connections. The duplex LC–LC construction ensures reliable bidirectional fibre links for short- and medium-range multimode applications. With OM3 specification and 50/125 µ core/cladding dimensions, the cable supports high-speed data transmission in structured cabling and data centre environments.

Advantages

The duplex LC to LC patch cord delivers consistent optical performance and low insertion loss suitable for multimode OM3 systems. Its standardized connectors and 5 m length simplify installation and replacement in racks and patch panels. The cable's construction supports high bandwidth over typical multimode distances while maintaining compatibility with LC ports.

Key specifications

• Type: FO patch cord, duplex
• Connector: LC to LC
• Mode: Multimode (MM)
• Fiber grade: OM3
• Core/Cladding: 50/125 µm
• Length: 5 m

How to use

Route the patch cord between LC duplex ports on transceivers, patch panels or switches, avoiding tight bends and sharp edges. Align and insert LC connectors until they click into place; ensure connectors are clean before connection to prevent signal loss. When removing, press the LC latch and pull straight to avoid damaging the ferrule or cable.

Recommendations

Avoid excessive bending radius and protect connectors with dust caps when not in use. Use suitable cable management in racks to maintain performance and extend service life.
