DIGITUS USB-C 4-poorts hub 2x USB-A + 2x USB-C Gen2

The DIGITUS USB Hub DA-70245 expands a notebook with a USB-C port by adding two USB-A 3.1 Gen2 ports and two USB-C 3.1 Gen2 ports, all supporting data transfer rates up to 10 Gbps. The hub features a slim, high-quality aluminium housing and is compatible with macOS, Windows and Google Chrome OS. Its compact size makes it suitable for travel as well as home and office use.

How to use

Connect the hub to your notebook's USB-C host port. Attach up to four USB devices to the available USB-A or USB-C ports. The hub is recognised automatically by supported operating systems; no driver installation is required. For optimal performance, connect high-speed devices directly to the hub and avoid using additional passive extension cables that could reduce transfer rates.

Recommendations

For sustained high data transfer (for example when moving large files from external SSDs), connect the storage device directly to a hub port and avoid chaining multiple hubs. Keep the aluminium housing clean and avoid exposure to liquids or strong shocks to maintain long-term reliability.
