How to use

Connect the USB Type-C plug to a compatible source device that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode (for example a laptop or smartphone) and plug the DisplayPort connector into the display device. For the reverse direction, connect the DisplayPort output of the source device to the USB-C input of the display. Ensure both devices support the chosen direction and DP Alt Mode. No external power supply is required as the cable is bus-powered via the USB port. Adjust display settings on your source device if necessary to select the external display and resolution.

Recommendations

Use the cable for short to medium distances (1 m) and avoid excessive bending near the connectors. Verify that the connected devices support DP Alt Mode and the required DisplayPort version to achieve the desired resolution and refresh rate.
