Designed to hold receipts, tickets, notes or other small documents, the folder features a snap closure that secures contents and helps prevent papers from slipping out. The durable PP material protects items from dirt, moisture and bending while keeping the folder thin enough to fit into bags, folders or desk drawers for everyday organization.

Advantages

The polypropylene construction offers tear resistance and easy cleaning, while the compact DIN long format provides a neat fit for narrow documents. How to use

Insert documents into the folder by sliding them into the main pocket and align papers so they sit flat inside. Close the folder by pressing the snap closure until it clicks to secure the contents. To remove documents, release the snap and slide papers out carefully to avoid bending. The wipeable PP surface allows for quick cleaning with a damp cloth if the folder becomes dirty.

Recommendations

For long-term storage, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to reduce potential fading or warping of the polypropylene. Store multiple folders upright in a drawer or box to keep documents flat and accessible. When carrying inside bags, position the folder between softer items to minimize pressure and prevent creasing of enclosed papers.
