Documentscanner Avision FB2380E A4 USB 3.2 600 dpi, flatbed A4 scannen

Avision FB2380E is an A4 flatbed scanner with USB 3.2 connectivity and up to 600 dpi optical resolution. It is engineered for scanning single-page originals, documents and photos, providing clear digital images suitable for archiving, office workflows and home use. The scanner’s compact footprint and plug-and-play USB interface simplify installation and everyday operation, while its flatbed design accommodates delicate or thick originals that cannot pass through sheet feeders.

Advantages

The flatbed format enables safe scanning of photographs and bound materials without risk of damage, while the 600 dpi optical resolution captures fine details and text legibility. USB 3.2 connection provides fast data transfer for quick image capture and reduced waiting times. Compact size and straightforward setup make the device appropriate for limited workspaces and environments where occasional or regular scanning is required.

How to use

Place the original face-down on the flatbed glass aligned to the reference marks, close the lid to minimise light leakage and connect the scanner to a computer using the USB 3.2 cable. Launch compatible scanning software on the computer, select the desired resolution (up to 600 dpi) and image format, then preview and perform the scan. Save or export scanned files to local storage or a document management system as required. For best results when scanning photos or detailed text, choose higher resolution settings and use preview to crop and adjust before finalising.

Recommendations

Use the flatbed scanner for originals that require careful handling or cannot be fed through an automatic document feeder. Clean the glass surface regularly with a lint-free cloth and manufacturer-approved cleaner to avoid artefacts. When scanning archival photographs or fragile papers, handle originals with clean hands or gloves and allow the scanner to reach stable operating temperature before long scanning sessions.
