How to use

Mount the wire wheel brush on a compatible rotary tool with a 6 mm collet or chuck, ensuring it is securely fixed. Operate at the tool speeds recommended by the rotary tool manufacturer and apply moderate, even pressure to the workpiece. Move the brush steadily across the surface to remove rust, paint or scale; avoid excessive pressure or lateral force that could damage the brush or the workpiece.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety goggles, gloves and a dust mask. Test on a small, inconspicuous area first to confirm the effect on the material. Do not use the brush on fragile or thin sheet metal without controlled pressure; follow the rotary tool manufacturer’s speed limits for wire wheel accessories.
