Draadverbinder ShiverPeaks BS50700 6,3 mm zwart

The ShiverPeaks BS50700 wire connector is a single 6.3 mm female connector in black designed for reliable electrical connections in audio, video and general electronics applications. Manufactured for straightforward installation, this connector provides a compact interface for mating with standard 6.3 mm blade terminals. It is sold individually and intended for use where a durable, low-profile female receptacle is required.

Advantages

The black 6.3 mm female housing offers consistent contact alignment and a secure fit with compatible male blades. Its compact design reduces space requirements on panels and wiring looms, while the standardized 6.3 mm dimension ensures compatibility with commonly used terminals in audio and electrical equipment. Supplied individually, the connector is suitable for targeted repairs and small-scale installations without excess packaging.

Suitable for

• Audio equipment connections (speakers, amplifiers, mixers)
• Consumer electronics and home appliances
• Automotive and vehicle wiring repairs
• Industrial control panels and signal wiring
• Prototyping and small-scale electrical assemblies

Key specifications

• Connector type: female receptacle for blade terminals
• Contact width: 6.3 mm
• Colour: black
• Packaging: single unit
• Intended use: electrical and audio/video signal connections

How to use

Prepare the mating male blade or wire with the appropriate terminal and ensure both contacts are clean and free of corrosion. Insert the male blade into the female 6.3 mm receptacle until a positive mechanical and electrical engagement is felt. For panel or chassis mounting, fit the connector into the intended cutout or housing according to the equipment design. Verify polarity and cable routing before powering the circuit.

Recommendations

Use the connector within the voltage and current limits appropriate for standard 6.3 mm blade terminals, and avoid excessive mechanical stress on the mating joint. Where vibration or environmental exposure is expected, consider additional strain relief, securing methods or sealing to maintain reliable contact over time.
