DSIT CAT 6a S/FTP LSOH netwerk-patchkabel, 10m, paars, RJ45, 10Gbps, 500MHz

Slow, unreliable network connections can cripple productivity in any modern office or home setup. The DSIT CAT 6a S/FTP LSOH Network Patch Cable eliminates bottlenecks by delivering full 10 Gigabit Ethernet performance over distances up to 100 meters, ensuring your critical data transfers, video conferencing, and cloud applications run without interruption. This 10-meter violet cable is engineered for high-density environments where electromagnetic interference (EMI) and crosstalk can degrade signal integrity, making it ideal for connecting servers, switches, routers, and workstations in demanding IT infrastructures.

Who is it for

This cable is built for IT professionals, network administrators, and power users who require maximum throughput and reliability. It is equally suited for data centers, enterprise LANs, and advanced home networks where 10GBASE-T equipment is deployed. If you are upgrading to CAT 6a infrastructure or need a future-proof link for high-bandwidth applications like 4K video streaming, large file transfers, or virtualization, this patch cable delivers the performance and safety you need.

Main features

• Category 6a performance: Supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GBASE-T) up to 100 meters and bandwidth up to 500 MHz, doubling the frequency of standard CAT 6.
• S/FTP shielding: Each twisted pair is individually foil-shielded, and the entire cable is braid-shielded, providing superior protection against EMI and alien crosstalk in dense cable runs.
• LSOH jacket: Low Smoke Zero Halogen material reduces toxic smoke and corrosive gases in case of fire, making it safe for enclosed spaces and compliant with IEC 60332-1.
• High-quality construction: Stranded copper conductors (AWG 26/7) offer flexibility for easy routing, while gold-plated RJ45 connectors ensure reliable, corrosion-resistant connections.
• Violet color: Distinctive jacket allows for easy identification and color-coding in complex installations.

Tips

To achieve full 10 Gbps performance, ensure that both connected devices and all intermediate components (patch panels, wall outlets) are CAT 6a rated. Avoid sharp bends and maintain the minimum bend radius (typically 4x the cable diameter) to preserve signal integrity. For permanent installations, use cable management accessories to reduce strain on connectors and maintain a tidy, professional setup.
