DVI-kabel ShiverPeaks BS77440 1 m DVI-D zwart

The ShiverPeaks BS77440 1 m DVI-D cable delivers a straightforward wired connection for video transmission between DVI-D equipped devices. With dual DVI-D connectors and a one-metre length, it is designed to transmit digital video signals at resolutions up to 1920x1200. The black jacket and molded connectors provide a clean appearance and practical handling for desktop and professional display setups.

Advantages

The cable supports digital-only DVI-D connections, ensuring a stable, interference-resistant signal for compatible monitors and graphics outputs. Its 1 m length helps keep cable runs tidy on desks or behind media cabinets. The black outer sheath resists everyday wear and blends with most PC and AV equipment. Simple plug-and-play operation requires no additional drivers or configuration.

Suitable for

• Connecting a PC graphics card to a DVI-D monitor
• Wiring workstations and office displays with short cable runs
• Home or small studio setups where digital video up to 1920x1200 is required
• Replacing a worn or missing DVI-D cable for existing equipment

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1 m
• Connector type: DVI-D to DVI-D (digital only)
• Maximum supported resolution: up to 1920 x 1200
• Colour: Black

How to use

Ensure both source and display devices have DVI-D ports. Align each DVI-D connector with the port and gently insert until the connectors are fully seated; secure any thumbscrews if present to prevent accidental disconnection. After connecting, power on the display and source device; the operating system and monitor should detect the digital signal automatically. Adjust display settings in the system display control panel if necessary to set the desired resolution and refresh rate up to the supported maximum.

Recommendations

For best results, use the cable for short to medium-length connections (desk- and workstation-level distances). Avoid tight bends and excessive tensile force on the cable; route it so connectors are not stressed. If connecting devices that require both video and audio, verify that a separate audio connection is provided since DVI-D transmits video only.
