DVI-kabel Vivolink PRODVIHD5 5 m DVI-D zwart

The Vivolink PRODVIHD5 is a 5 m DVI-D cable engineered for reliable digital video transmission between computers, monitors and projectors. The cable has a high-flexibility jacket and DVI-D connectors on both ends, with a 9.5 mm diameter and a robust 0.5 kg construction. It meets RoHS requirements and is suited for installations that require a durable, flexible DVI-D connection.

Advantages

The cable combines a high-flexible outer jacket with triple shielding in the cable and extra shielding in the connector to reduce electromagnetic interference and signal degradation. Its DVI-D connectors ensure a stable digital video signal, while the 5 m length offers extended reach without active signal boosters.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs to monitors with DVI-D input
• Linking projectors to video sources for presentations
• Extended cabling runs in home or office AV setups

Key specifications

• Length: 5 m
• Connector 1: DVI-D
• Connector 2: DVI-D
• Diameter: ~9.5 mm
• Weight: 0.5 kg
• Colour: Black
• Compliance: RoHS

How to use

Ensure both devices are powered off before connecting. Insert the DVI-D connector firmly into the DVI-D port of each device, securing any screws if present to prevent accidental disconnection. Power on the devices and select the appropriate input source on the display or projector. For best results, avoid sharp bends and excessive tension along the cable length.

Recommendations

For reduced interference, route the cable away from mains power cables and large transformers. If using lengths beyond 5 m or running long distances with high-resolution signals, consider an active signal extender or a certified alternative cable type.
