Vivolink OPTIC HDMI 8K-kabel 15 meter

The Vivolink OPTIC HDMI 8K 15 meter is a professional-grade fiber optic HDMI cable designed to transmit lossless audio and video over long distances. Built for demanding AV installations, the cable uses fiber technology to maintain signal integrity in environments with electromagnetic (EMI) or radio-frequency (RFI) interference. Kevlar reinforcement and secure connector lock rings increase durability for permanent or exposed cable runs.

Advantages

The cable supports HDMI 2.1 features and resolutions up to 7680 x 4320 @ 60 Hz while remaining HDCP 2.2 compliant. Fiber construction ensures stable, low-loss transmission over long lengths and resistance to EMI/RFI. Kevlar fibers and locked connectors provide enhanced tensile strength and protection during installation in walls, ceilings, or cable trays.

Suitable for

• Professional AV installations in theatres, studios, and conference halls
• Home cinema setups requiring long cable runs with 8K or high-bandwidth signals
• Environments with potential EMI/RFI interference
• Permanent installations routed through walls, ceilings, or cable trays

How to use

Connect each male HDMI Type A connector to the HDMI ports on your source device and display. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and secured; avoid sharp bends or kinks in the cable, and route the cable through walls or ceilings using appropriate conduit or cable management. For best performance, keep the cable away from high-power electrical runs when possible.

Recommendations

The cable is intended for professional and permanent installations; when installing in confined spaces or through conduits, verify the 20 kg tensile rating and use strain relief at connector points to prevent damage during pulling and deployment.
