HDMI-kabel Vivolink PROHDMIOP8K7.5 7,5 m 8K 48 Gbit/s zwart

The VivoLink PROHDMIOP8K7.5 is a 7.5 m fiber optic HDMI cable designed for professional AV installations. It uses fiber technology to transmit lossless audio and video over long distances, provides resistance to electromagnetic (EMI) and radio frequency (RFI) interference, and includes Kevlar reinforcement and lock-ring connector attachment for increased durability during installation and cable runs.

Advantages

The cable supports HDMI 2.1 with a data rate of 48 Gbit/s and resolutions up to 7680 x 4320 @ 60 Hz, while remaining HDCP 2.2 compliant. Fiber construction ensures stable signal integrity over long runs and safe operation in environments with EMI/RFI. Kevlar reinforcement and connector lock rings improve tensile strength and protect the cable during pulls in walls, ceilings and conduits.

Suitable for

• Professional AV installations and fixed installations in commercial venues
• Long-distance HDMI connections where signal loss must be avoided
• Environments with electromagnetic or radio-frequency interference
• Runs through walls, ceilings or conduits requiring durable cable construction

Key specifications

• Length: 7.5 m
• Standard: HDMI 2.1
• Maximum resolution: 7680 x 4320 @ 60 Hz
• Data rate: 48 Gbit/s
• HDCP: 2.2 compliant
• Features: Supports ARC, HDMI Ethernet Channel and 3D
• Tensile strength (pull resistance): 20 kg
• Connectors: gold-plated (as stated in product summary)

How to use

Connect one HDMI connector to the source device (for example a media player, PC or AV receiver) and the other connector to the display device. Ensure connectors are fully seated and avoid sharp bends in the fiber section. When routing the cable through walls or ceilings, use the Kevlar-reinforced core to support pulls but avoid exceeding the specified 20 kg tensile limit. Do not introduce tight kinks or crush the cable.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, route the cable with gentle curves, secure it in place using appropriate cable management, and avoid exposure to excessive heat or mechanical compression. Verify HDMI 2.1 and HDCP 2.2 compatibility of connected devices to achieve full 8K resolution and features.
