Eenhandsklem Bessey EZ360-30 300 mm uitlading, 80 mm opening, zwart/rood

The Bessey EZ360-30 one-hand clamp provides controlled single-handed clamping with a 300 mm throat depth and an 80 mm maximum jaw opening. Designed for woodworking, assembly and repair tasks, this compact clamp combines a quick-release mechanism with ergonomic one-hand operation to hold workpieces steadily while you fasten, glue or position components. Its black and red finish indicates durable construction and easy visual identification among hand tools.

Advantages

The one-hand operation allows fast and precise positioning of the clamp with a single hand while the other hand holds the workpiece or tool. The quick-release function enables rapid adjustment of the jaw position, reducing setup time when working with different material thicknesses. The 300 mm throat depth gives access to areas farther from the edge, and the 80 mm opening accommodates a wide range of stock thicknesses. The clamp's compact design and contrasting color scheme make it suitable for workshop use and transport.

Suitable for

• Woodworking tasks such as gluing, holding panels and assembling frames
• General repairs where single-handed clamping simplifies positioning
• Assembly lines or DIY projects requiring quick, repeatable clamping
• Holding parts for fastening, drilling or sanding operations

Key specifications

• Throat depth: 300 mm
• Maximum jaw opening: 80 mm
• Operation: one-hand clamping with quick-release
• Finish: black and red
• Intended use: manual clamping for woodworking, assembly and repairs

How to use

Open the clamp by engaging the quick-release mechanism and position the jaws around the workpiece so the required clamping area aligns with the 300 mm throat. Squeeze the handle with one hand to advance the movable jaw until the workpiece is held securely; adjust pressure to avoid deforming softer materials. To release, operate the quick-release to retract the movable jaw and remove the clamp. Use the clamp for temporary holding during gluing, fastening, drilling or fitting operations as needed.

Recommendations

For consistent results, choose a clamping point that distributes pressure evenly across the workpiece and avoid overtightening on delicate materials. Inspect the clamp before use for any signs of wear or damage, and keep the quick-release mechanism free of debris for reliable operation.
