Envelop MAILmedia CYGNUS EXCELLENCE DIN C4 229 x 324 mm zelfklevend met trekstrook

MAILmedia CYGNUS EXCELLENCE DIN C4 envelope (229 x 324 mm) is a self-adhesive mailing envelope with a removable cover strip designed to accommodate unfolded A4 documents. The envelope construction supports secure postal use and routine office dispatches while offering a clean, tamper-resistant closure that eliminates the need for licking or moistening adhesive. Its dimensions match C4 standard sizes so documents remain flat and presentable during transit.

Advantages

The self-adhesive strip with removable cover enables quick, hygienic sealing and consistent closure strength across batches. The cover strip protects the adhesive until use, reducing handling time and the risk of premature adhesion. The envelope’s C4 format and durable paper construction maintain document integrity and presentation. The design is compatible with automated handling and manual mailing processes.

Suitable for

• Sending A4 documents, certificates and contracts without folding
• Office mailings and administrative dispatches
• Business correspondence and invoicing
• Postal shipments where a secure, tamper-evident seal is required

How to use

Insert the A4 document flat into the envelope so it lies evenly against the inner side. Remove the protective cover strip to expose the adhesive.
