EXERTIS CONNECT Cat.6 S/FTP patchkabel, 15 m, blauw 856922

Cat.6 S/FTP patch cable with 15 m length and blue jacket, delivering reliable Gigabit Ethernet connectivity for demanding network installations. The S/FTP shielding with individually foiled pairs (PiMF) and overall braid screen provides superior protection against electromagnetic interference and crosstalk.

Advantages

The slimline snagless boot design allows for high-density patching without sacrificing cable protection. Gold-plated RJ45 connectors ensure consistent signal integrity and corrosion resistance. The LSZH jacket emits low smoke and zero halogens in case of fire, making it suitable for public buildings and confined spaces.

Suitable for

• Connecting network components such as computers, switches, routers, and patch panels
• Gigabit Ethernet (1000BASE-T) and Power over Ethernet applications up to 4PPoE
• Structured cabling in offices, data centers, and industrial environments

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.6 with up to 250 MHz bandwidth
• Shielding: S/FTP (PiMF) – pairs in metal foil plus overall braid
• Conductor: Copper, AWG 27/7 stranded
• Connectors: RJ45 male to RJ45 male, gold-plated contacts (50µ)
• Jacket: LSZH (halogen-free, flame retardant)
• Wiring: TIA/EIA 568B
• Operating temperature: -20°C to 60°C

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling force during installation. Use cable management to maintain the minimum bend radius and preserve signal quality.
