Flightcase Roadinger 30109785 Multiplex zwart zilver 11,2 kg

Flightcase for 483 mm devices (19") — ROADINGER amplifier rack PR-2ST with 4 U rack rails. Designed to house 19" equipment such as power amplifiers and additional devices, the case supports a maximum installation depth of 550 mm plus 90 mm per cover. Constructed from multi-layer glued plywood with an aluminium profile frame and rounded corners, and reinforced with three-legged medium-sized steel ball corners for stable transport and protection. The unit includes two removable lids (double-door version), four butterfly locks, four chrome-plated folding handles, and two wooden sliding rails on the bottom. Maximum load capacity is 50 kg.

Advantages

The flightcase combines robust plywood construction and aluminium framing for improved durability and impact resistance. Rounded aluminium profiles and steel ball corners increase structural stability during handling and transit. Removable lids and internal rack rails provide flexible access to mounted equipment, while butterfly locks and folding handles ensure secure closure and convenient carrying. Wooden bottom rails help distribute load and facilitate positioning of mounted devices.

How to use

Install 19" equipment onto the supplied rack rails, observing the 4 U height limitation and the maximum installation depth (550 mm plus 90 mm for each cover). Secure devices to the rack rails using appropriate mounting screws and ensure balanced load distribution on the wooden bottom rails. Close the removable lids and fasten the butterfly locks before transporting. Use the folding handles for lifting and carrying; for heavy loads, handle with two or more people or use appropriate transport equipment to avoid damage.

Recommendations

For safe transport, avoid exceeding the 50 kg maximum load and protect the case from prolonged exposure to moisture. Regularly check and tighten hardware (locks, handles, screws) before each use to maintain secure mounting and handling.
