Flightcase Roadinger 31000810 aluminium berkenhout zwart 11,7 kg

The Roadinger 31000810 Aluminium Birch Black flight case is a protective transport solution combining aluminium edging with birch plywood panels. Weighing 11.7 kg, the case offers a balance of structural strength and manageable weight for moving and storing professional equipment. A black finish on the exterior provides a discreet, professional appearance while the construction focuses on impact resistance and long-term use during frequent transport.

Advantages

The aluminium-reinforced frame increases edge protection and resists deformation from impacts, while birch plywood panels provide rigidity and dimensional stability. The case’s moderate overall weight supports handling by a single person for many typical loads, and the external finish improves resistance to surface wear and visual scuffing. Designed with transport and storage in mind, the construction reduces vibration and shields contents from typical road and stage conditions.

How to use

Place equipment inside the case with suitable internal protection such as foam inserts, padding, or straps to prevent movement. Close and secure the lids and fasten all latches before lifting or loading. When lifting, use correct body mechanics or two-person handling for heavier loads to reduce strain. Mount or store the case on stable surfaces or vehicle cargo areas designed to restrain load movement during transit.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect latches, hinges and aluminium edging for signs of wear or loosening. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture to maintain the birch panels. For maximum protection, use custom-cut foam or padded inserts matched to your equipment and secure the case during transport to prevent shifting.
