Gevlochten slang DeLOCK 20816 10 m x 25 mm wit

The DeLOCK braided sleeve (20816) is a self-closing protective sleeve for bundling and protecting exposed cables, wires and tubes. Made of polyester and supplied in white, the sleeve measures 10 m in length and 25 mm in diameter. It is flexible, cuttable and reusable, and functions across a wide temperature range, making it suitable for a variety of installation environments.

Advantages

The sleeve closes automatically once cables are inserted, simplifying installation without additional fasteners. Its braided polyester construction offers abrasion resistance and heat resistance, while allowing repeated addition and removal of cables. The sleeve can be shortened to length with a hot cutting tool to prevent fraying.

Suitable for

How to use

Measure and cut the braided sleeve to the required length; using a hot cutting tool is recommended to seal the ends and prevent fraying. Insert cables, wires or tubes into the sleeve — the self-closing braid will contract around them. Route the bundled assembly as needed and, if required, trim or seal the ends after installation.

Recommendations

For best results, use a hot knife or lighter to cut and seal the sleeve ends. Avoid exposing the sleeve to direct flames or temperatures beyond the specified range. Check compatibility with sensitive signal cables if shielding or electrical isolation is required.
