Glasvezelkabel METZ CONNECT 151J1JOJOE0E LC I-V(ZN) H 50 m aqua

The METZ CONNECT 151J1JOJOE0E LC I-V(ZN) H 50 m Aqua is a 50-metre OM3 fibre optic patch cable with LC connectors on both ends. Constructed with a multimode 50 µm core, this cable supports full duplex transmission and is intended for high-speed data links in enterprise and data centre environments. Its aqua-coloured jacket and I-V(ZN) H cable type denote compliance with industry optical performance and installation needs.

Advantages

This OM3 multimode fibre offers low attenuation and consistent modal bandwidth suitable for 10 Gigabit Ethernet and other bandwidth-intensive applications. The LC connectors provide a compact footprint and reliable mating with equipment ports. The 50 m length covers typical link distances within racks, between server cabinets or across telecom rooms while maintaining signal integrity for short to medium runs.

Suitable for

• Data centre horizontal and rack-to-rack connections
• 10 Gigabit Ethernet multimode links
• Patch panels and fibre distribution frames using LC interfaces
• Short- to medium-distance backbone connections within commercial buildings

Key specifications

• Cable length: 50 m
• Fibre type: OM3 multimode
• Core diameter: 50 µm
• Connectors: LC to LC (both ends)
• Transmission mode: Full duplex
• Cable construction: I-V(ZN) H jacket type
• Colour: Aqua

How to use

Route the fibre optic cable avoiding sharp bends and mechanical stress; maintain the minimum bend radius recommended for multimode OM3 cables. Clean LC connector endfaces before insertion using appropriate fibre cleaning tools to prevent signal loss. Insert each LC connector into the corresponding LC port until it clicks, ensuring proper orientation. For rack or patch panel installations, secure the cable to cable management fixtures to prevent strain on the connectors and to preserve signal performance.

Recommendations

Use this OM3 LC patch cable for connections up to 50 m where multimode 50 µm performance is required. Verify connector cleanliness and port compatibility before deployment. For environments requiring longer distances or single-mode performance, select an appropriate single-mode fibre solution.
