Kabelverbinder Alcasa IC01-20P202 S1 stroom 2-polig zwart

The Wire Connector Alcasa IC01-20P202 S1 Power 2-pin Black is a compact two-pin power connector intended for creating reliable electrical connections in a variety of low- to medium-power applications. Its straight two-pin design and black housing provide a neutral appearance that suits many installations, while the connector body is designed to offer stable mechanical retention and consistent electrical contact between mating wires or cables.

Advantages

This two-pin connector offers straightforward installation, a compact footprint, and an industry-standard pin layout that simplifies replacement and integration. The black housing gives a discreet look in finished assemblies. The connector is engineered to deliver good electrical conductivity and mechanical durability for repeated mating cycles, making it suitable for both professional wiring tasks and DIY projects.

Suitable for

• DC power connections for small appliances and modules
• Internal wiring in consumer electronics and lighting fixtures
• Prototyping and repairs in workshop or hobbyist projects
• Extension or repair of two-conductor cable assemblies

Key specifications

• Connector type: 2-pin straight power connector
• Housing colour: black
• Application: electrical power connections for cables and wiring harnesses
• Mounting style: inline / cable-to-cable connector (straight form factor)
• Contact design: two conductive pins for secure mating

How to use

Prepare the cable ends by stripping insulation to the recommended length for the connector contacts. Insert each conductor into the corresponding pin contact and secure according to the connector’s retention method (crimp, solder or screw termination as applicable). Ensure that contacts are fully seated and that there are no exposed conductors outside the housing before applying power. When connecting two mating halves, align pins and housings carefully and press together until a positive mechanical engagement is felt.

Recommendations

Verify conductor gauge and insulation stripping length are compatible with the connector contact design. Avoid exceeding the current and voltage ratings appropriate for a 2-pin power connector and follow local electrical safety standards. Inspect connectors periodically for corrosion, loose contacts or housing damage and replace if wear is detected.
