GoodConnections RNS® Cat. 6 S/FTP patchkabel met snagless boot, PiMF, PVC, 250 MHz, geel, 25 m 8060-250Y

Built for reliable gigabit links in demanding environments, this GoodConnections RNS® patch cable combines Cat. 6 performance with robust S/FTP shielding and a clever snagless boot that protects the locking tab during frequent moves. The 25-metre yellow jacket stands out in crowded racks and cable trays, while the stranded copper conductors keep the cable flexible enough for tight bends.

Highlights

• Cat. 6 rated with 250 MHz bandwidth for Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000Base-T)
• S/FTP shielding: overall braid plus foil around each pair (PiMF) for excellent EMI/RFI rejection
• Snagless boot (RNS® Rastnasenschutz) prevents the RJ45 locking tab from breaking or snagging
• Stranded AWG 27/7 copper conductors for flexibility and easy routing
• Durable PVC jacket in high-visibility yellow, 25 m length
• RoHS compliant, 100 Ohm impedance, TIA/EIA 568B wiring

In daily use

The snagless boot is a real time-saver when you are constantly patching and unpatching in a busy server room. The boot slides over the locking tab, so it will not catch on adjacent cables or break off when pulling the cable through a bundle. The yellow colour makes it easy to trace connections across long runs, and the stranded conductors mean the cable coils and uncoils without kinking.
