Advantages

The Pensofal Saxum grill pan combines thick cast aluminium for fast, even heat distribution with a durable 9-layer Biostone® Pro non-stick interior that is PFOA-free and resistant to scratches and abrasion when used with appropriate utensils. The external non-stick coating is stable and easy to clean. The stainless steel double bottom makes the pan suitable for gas, electric and induction hobs, and the soft-touch bakelite handle improves handling and safety. How to use

Preheat the grill pan over the chosen hob at medium heat before adding food to achieve an even sear. Use suitable utensils (avoid metal tools) to preserve the Biostone® Pro non-stick surface. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly, then wash by hand or in the dishwasher if manufacturer instructions permit; the external non-stick finish facilitates cleaning. The stainless steel double bottom ensures stable contact with gas, electric and induction hobs—adjust heat as needed to avoid overheating the coating.

Recommendations

For best results, use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils, avoid aggressive scouring pads and do not overheat an empty pan. Store in a dry place and follow any additional care instructions from the manufacturer to maintain the non-stick properties and stone-effect finish.
