Groeps-videoconferentiesysteem Kandao Meeting Ultra Standard 8 personen 4K HD

The Kandao Meeting Ultra Standard is a group video conferencing system for up to 8 participants that delivers 4K HDR video and integrated audio for hybrid meetings. It uses dual ultra-high-definition fisheye lenses to capture a full 360° view from the center of the lenses, and a built-in Android OS lets you run conferencing apps directly on the device. Connectivity includes Ethernet, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, USB, HDMI IN, and two HDMI OUT ports. The unit integrates an 8‑microphone omnidirectional array, a 10 W Hi‑Fi speaker and local AI processing for real‑time speaker detection and low‑latency tracking.

Advantages

Dual 4K fisheye lenses provide full-room 360° coverage with HDR at up to 30 fps, while intelligent image processing (noise reduction, WDR, exposure compensation and auto white balance) preserves image detail. The upgraded AI Speaking Person Detection Algorithm 4.0 automatically locates and centers the active speaker with ultra-low latency. Audio is handled by an eight-microphone array and a 10 W speaker for full-duplex sound and a 5.5 m pickup radius, combined with an AI noise reduction algorithm to reduce background noises. The device supports standalone operation with its Android OS or USB/HDMI connection to a PC, and offers flexible screen sharing (AirPlay, Miracast), dual HDMI outputs, manual view control, and configurable ignore zones. All AI processing is local to protect data privacy.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Small conference rooms and huddle spaces for up to 8 participants
• Hybrid meetings where local installation of conferencing apps is required
• Presentations and walkthroughs where the speaker may move around
• Rooms requiring multiple displays or separate outputs for different screens
• Environments where low-latency speaker tracking and local data processing are needed

How to use

Place the device centrally in the meeting room and connect power. For a direct PC connection use the USB mode to enable auto‑framing as a webcam. To share a local PC screen, connect via HDMI IN. When using the device standalone, install or open your preferred conferencing app on the built‑in Android OS and join the meeting. Use the remote control to change views, mute, adjust volume, lock a view, manually pan/zoom, or start local recording. For multi‑screen setups connect one or two external displays to the HDMI OUT ports and configure output as required.

Recommendations

Position the unit in the center of the table or mounted centrally in the room for optimal 360° capture; mark any areas to ignore if you do not want the system to auto-frame certain zones. Use wired LAN for the lowest latency and most stable connection when possible; enable built‑in AI noise reduction in noisy environments to improve speech clarity.
