Videobar Boom Collaboration HALO — alles-in-één videoconferentiebalk voor vergaderruimtes

Boom Collaboration HALO videobar is an all-in-one video conferencing bar designed for small to medium meeting rooms. The device combines a camera, microphone array and speaker system in a single housing so that group calls, presentations and hybrid meetings require minimal setup. The compact form factor and integrated components reduce cable clutter and simplify installation while maintaining clear audio pickup and a wide field of view for participant framing.

Advantages

The integrated design of the videobar removes the need for separate camera, microphone and speaker components, enabling faster deployment and easier management. Built-in audio processing and microphone beamforming improve voice clarity for remote participants, while the embedded speaker provides sufficient volume for typical meeting room sizes. The single-bar solution supports compatibility with common video conferencing platforms and reduces the number of endpoints to configure and maintain.

Suitable for

• Small to medium meeting rooms and huddle spaces
• Hybrid team meetings with mixed in-room and remote participants
• Presentations and collaborative sessions with screen sharing
• Quick-deploy conferencing setups where minimal cabling is preferred

How to use

Install the Boom Collaboration HALO videobar under or above a display or mount it on the wall using the supplied mounting hardware. Connect the device to a host PC or conferencing appliance via USB and to a power source following the included wiring instructions. Select the videobar as the camera, microphone and speaker in your conferencing application settings. Position participants within the camera's field of view and use the on-device controls or software interface to adjust volume and camera framing as needed.

Recommendations

For optimal results, place the videobar centered above or below the display at a height that frames seated participants. Ensure the room is free of strong reflective surfaces or background noise sources that could interfere with microphone pickup. Use the device's audio settings to enable beamforming and noise suppression features when available, and verify application-level settings prior to calls to confirm the videobar is selected for audio and video.
