Videobar Boom Collaboration HALO – alles-in-één video- en audiobalk voor vergaderruimtes

The Boom Collaboration HALO videobar is an all-in-one video and audio bar designed for conference rooms and meeting spaces. It integrates a camera, microphones and speakers into a single compact unit to support group video calls, presentations and hybrid meetings. The unit aims to simplify AV setup, reduce cable clutter and provide a consistent audio/video experience for small to medium meeting rooms.

Advantages

The all-in-one design consolidates camera, microphone array and loudspeakers into a single enclosure, reducing the number of devices and simplifying installation. Integrated components are tuned to deliver clear speech pickup and balanced playback, while a unified form factor minimizes table and wall clutter. The videobar is intended for quick connection and fewer cable runs, supporting faster room setup and consistent performance across meetings.

Suitable for

• Small to medium conference rooms and huddle spaces
• Hybrid meetings combining in-room and remote participants
• Presentations and video conferencing sessions
• Training rooms and team collaboration spaces

Key specifications

• All-in-one enclosure housing camera, microphone array and speakers
• Designed coverage area suitable for small to medium-sized meeting rooms
• Omnidirectional or beamforming microphone pickup to capture multiple voices in a room
• Integrated loudspeakers providing room-level audio playback
• USB and/or network connectivity options for simple integration with conferencing platforms
• Compact, wall- or display-mountable form factor to minimize footprint

How to use

Place the videobar below or above the main display or mount it on the wall at a central location facing participants. Connect the unit to a host computer or room system via the supported interface, and follow the operating system or conferencing application prompts to select the device for camera, microphone and speaker I/O. Position meeting participants within the recommended room coverage for best camera framing and audio pickup. Adjust system volume and camera framing from the host application as required.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, install the videobar at the display centerline and avoid placing large objects between the unit and participants. Use a single, direct host connection where possible and verify microphone pickup during a test call before starting meetings. In rooms with high reverberation, consider acoustic treatments or lower playback volume to improve speech intelligibility.
