Haakse vlakmondstuk Steinel 110038670 – compatibel vervangend heteluchtmondstuk

Angle flat nozzle Steinel 110038670 is a compatible replacement accessory designed for use with Steinel heat guns. The nozzle directs hot air at an angle and shapes the flow into a narrow, flat profile for precise heating and targeted work. It is intended for tasks such as paint and varnish removal, shrink tubing application, adhesive softening, and other localized heating operations. The accessory is quick to attach and remove, and is suitable for use in workshops, repair shops, and home maintenance contexts where controlled airflow and concentrated heat are required.

Advantages

The angled flat design concentrates hot air into a narrow strip, enabling accurate heating of small areas while reducing unwanted exposure to surrounding surfaces. As a compatible replacement for Steinel heat guns, this nozzle offers straightforward attachment and compatibility with common Steinel models. The compact shape improves access to tight spots and allows for steady, repeatable results in tasks such as paint stripping and shrink-wrapping. Its metal construction provides durability under repeated heating cycles.

Suitable for

• Paint and varnish removal from edges and narrow surfaces
• Heat-shrinking tubing and insulation sleeves
• Softening adhesives and removing stickers or labels
• Localized heating for loosening screws or bending plastics
• Workshop repair tasks and precision maintenance work

Key specifications

• Type: Angle flat nozzle for heat gun
• Compatibility: Compatible replacement for Steinel heat guns
• Airflow profile: Narrow, flat jet for concentrated heating
• Material: Heat-resistant metal construction
• Attachment: Snap-on / slip-fit style for easy mounting and removal

How to use

Attach the nozzle to the heat gun outlet according to the heat gun manufacturer's instructions, ensuring a secure fit before operation. Set the heat gun to an appropriate temperature and airflow for the material and task; start with lower heat and increase as needed to avoid damage. Hold the nozzle at an angle so the flat jet focuses on the target area, and move steadily to maintain even heating. Allow heated surfaces to cool or soften as required before proceeding with scraping, bending, or fitting shrink tubing. Disconnect the heat gun and allow the nozzle to cool before handling or storing.

Recommendations

Use personal protective equipment such as heat-resistant gloves and eye protection when working with hot air. Avoid directing the nozzle at flammable materials, and keep a safe distance from sensitive components. Test on a small inconspicuous area when working with painted or delicate surfaces to determine the correct temperature setting. Store the nozzle in a dry place after it has fully cooled.
