Hama 00300021 netwerkkabel grijs 5 m Cat5e U/UTP (UTP)

Hama 00300021 is a 5 m Cat5e U/UTP networking cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, designed for wired network connections. The cable supports Gigabit Ethernet data transfer at up to 1 Gbps and comes in a neutral grey colour. U/UTP construction and flexible materials provide protection against kinks and reduce the risk of cable breakage.

Advantages

The cable complies with Cat5e specifications and supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networks, enabling data transfer rates up to 1000 Mbit/s. Its flexible design improves handling and routing while offering optimum kink protection to prolong service life. RJ-45 connectors on both ends allow straightforward connection to routers, switches and network devices.

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to your network device (PC, switch, router or NAS) and the other to the corresponding port on the network equipment. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click into place. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and sharp edges; the flexible jacket helps prevent kinks but avoid excessive bending near the connectors.

Recommendations

For best performance, use the cable in installations that conform to Cat5e standards and avoid running it parallel to high-voltage power lines to minimize electromagnetic interference.
