Handmatige pastamachine Maestro MR-1679 – roestvrij staal, handpastamaker, demonteerbaar, onderdelen vervangbaar

The Feel Maestro MR1679 Stainless steel is a manual pasta machine designed for home use. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it combines a simple mechanical design with adjustable settings to produce a variety of fresh pasta shapes. The compact body and hand-crank operation allow controlled dough sheeting and cutting without electricity, providing consistent thickness and uniform strands for everyday cooking.

Advantages

The stainless steel construction provides corrosion resistance and a stable base for even rolling. Mechanical adjustment controls enable multiple thickness settings for thin to thicker sheets, while the detachable hand crank and clamp allow straightforward assembly, cleaning and storage. The machine’s manual operation gives precise control over dough speed and thickness, suitable for different flour types and hydration levels.

Suitable for

• Preparing fresh lasagna sheets, fettuccine and tagliatelle at home
• Experimenting with flavored or colored dough (spinach, beetroot, squid ink)
• Small-scale cooking for families or dinner guests
• Use in kitchens without electric pasta equipment

Key specifications

• Material: stainless steel body and rollers
• Operation: manual hand-crank drive
• Adjustable thickness settings for variable sheet thickness
• Includes detachable clamp for table attachment
• Compact footprint for countertop use and storage

How to use

Secure the machine to a stable countertop with the included clamp. Prepare pasta dough according to your recipe and allow it to rest until smooth. Flatten a small portion of dough and feed it through the rollers on the widest setting, turning the hand crank steadily. Fold and pass the dough several times, gradually reducing the thickness setting until the desired sheet is reached. Attach the cutter attachment or adjust the rollers to cut the sheet into fettuccine or tagliatelle widths and guide the strands gently to prevent sticking. Clean removable parts after use and wipe the main body with a dry or slightly damp cloth; avoid immersing the machine in water.

Recommendations

For best results, use well-rested, evenly hydrated dough and dust lightly with flour to prevent sticking. Do not force overly sticky or dry dough through the rollers; adjust hydration or flour as needed. Store the machine dry and keep the hand crank and clamp detached when not in use to save space.
