Hardcase Roadinger 30126800 aluminium berk zwart 8,3 kg

The Roadinger 30126800 Aluminium Birch Black hard shell case combines an aluminium frame with birch plywood panels to provide robust protection for equipment during transport. With a total weight of approximately 8.3 kg, the case is engineered to resist impacts, maintain internal stability and present a professional black finish suitable for stage, studio and travel environments. The construction balances rigidity and manageable weight to help preserve sensitive instruments, electronics and accessories.

Advantages

The aluminium-birch construction provides a strong outer shell that resists deformation while the interior can be configured to secure items and reduce movement. The black finish offers a neutral, professional appearance that blends with standard equipment racks and flight cases. Metal-reinforced edges and corners improve durability against drops and knocks, and the overall design is focused on long-term protective performance in repeated transport and handling situations.

How to use

Place the case on a stable surface and open the latches fully before lifting the lid. Arrange equipment inside using foam inserts, dividers or padded wraps to prevent movement and reduce shock transmission. Close and secure all latches and fasten any built-in locks where available prior to transport. When loading into vehicles, orient the case to minimize shifting and avoid placing heavy items on top of the case to prevent pressure on the shell and edges.

Recommendations

For optimal protection, combine the hard shell case with custom-cut foam or padded inserts tailored to the specific equipment dimensions. Inspect latches, hinges and edge reinforcements regularly and clean the exterior with a mild detergent and soft cloth to maintain the black finish and structural integrity.
