Hikvision DS-2CD3956G2-ISU 5MP AcuSense 180° panoramische fisheye IP-camera, 1,05mm, ingebouwde microfoon, binnen

The Hikvision DS-2CD3956G2-ISU is a 5 MP AcuSense panoramic fisheye network camera built for wide-area indoor surveillance. Its 1/2.7" progressive scan CMOS sensor and 1.05 mm fixed lens deliver a full 180° field of view at up to 2592 x 1944 resolution, capturing an entire room from a single ceiling- or wall-mounted point with no blind spots. Built-in deep-learning AcuSense analytics, a built-in microphone and infrared night vision make it a complete single-unit monitoring solution.

Advantages

The fisheye design covers a 360° surround scene from one device, reducing the number of cameras needed to monitor open spaces. AcuSense deep-learning algorithms classify human and vehicle targets to cut false alarms triggered by leaves, light or animals, while 120 dB true WDR balances bright and dark areas of the frame. Multiple on-camera dewarp display modes (panorama and quad views) flatten the circular image for natural viewing, and 3D digital noise reduction keeps footage clean in low light. Power-over-Ethernet support means a single cable carries both data and power.

Suitable for

• Retail floors, supermarkets and showrooms
• Offices, lobbies and reception areas
• Warehouses and open-plan workspaces
• People-counting and customer-flow analysis

How to use

Mount the camera centrally on a ceiling for a 360° overhead surround view, or on a wall for a 180° panoramic view. Connect it to a PoE switch or NVR with a single network cable, then use the Hikvision web interface, iVMS client or Hik-Connect app to set network parameters, select the dewarp display mode, and configure exposure, WDR and IR. Enable AcuSense human/vehicle classification and people-counting rules in the analytics menu and define detection zones as required.

Recommendations

For the cleanest panoramic image, install the camera at the centre of the area to be monitored and keep the dome cover clean and free of fingerprints. Insert a high-endurance microSD card (up to 256 GB) for reliable on-board recording, and pair the camera with an ONVIF or Hikvision NVR to take full advantage of its AcuSense analytics and people-counting data.
